My Professional Development Plan
In the coming five years, as a professional science educator, I plan to make myself more knowledgeable and perform something good for the students. I am decided to improve my ICT knowledge. I also decided to learn more about the techniques use in teaching and learning at school.
I plan to finish my studies at masters. I not plan to further my studies at PhD level. I want to be a teacher to teach secondary level student. That is something challenge for me. I love to teach them.
In five years’ time, I want to improve English skill. English language makes me to read and get knowledge in so many book and others. But I still can’t understand so many wordings make me difficult to understand. So for the coming years, I want to improve my English language. For this purpose, I want to attend some special English classes and read a lots of English books.
About teaching at classroom, I want to plan techniques for every lesson. I don’t want use the same method for every lesson. For the whole year, I want to plan methods for every lesson. This method will be different for each lesson. I think this will make the students be very interesting to take part in my teaching.
I want to run this method skill in the second year after I finish my planning at first year. Then in the next two years, I want to apply it and see the problems. After that the third year, I will modify it and run it for the fourth year. And finally, I will distribute to my friends to follow.
I am very interested in doing this planning. I hope I will success.
